Sustainable Menus At 12 Annual Art Basel, Miami Beach
12th Edition of Art Basel in Miami Beach menus will combine locally inspired cuisine with sustainability.
Centerplate, the leading hospitality partner to North America’s premier convention centers and entertainment venues, is proud to have once again supported the Miami Beach Convention Center in hosting the twelve edition of Art Basel Miami Beach, the world’s most prestigious and innovative art exhibition, from December 5 to 8.
Art Basel presents premier artwork from around the world. Over 250 of the world’s leading galleries participate, drawing over 50,000 visitors each year.
Centerplate has recruited its best culinary talent to create special dishes that reflect the spirit of the event, as well as the flavors and the unique style of Miami Beach. Menus are carefully crafted with sustainability in mind, focusing on the green practices and locally-sourced ingredients. The Greenware used in service has one of the lowest carbon footprints for disposable products.
