well figs, avocados, and nuts do resemble testicles I guess lol. My hubby had a low sex drive until I got him eating healthy foods such as the ones I mentioned. Avoid fast food at all costs and enjoy some healthy home-cooked meals as much as possible.

Zink, ginseng, medium rare steak, peanut butter, eggs, and spicy food always work for me. That’s testosterone food! Anything that’s hot and spicy gets the juices pumping.

I am a teenager, so my hormones are telling me sex, sex, sex to the point where I can’t fall asleep. I’m mormon so I choose not to have sex, masturbate, etc. So how can I get rid of these desires?
    Thanks
