Healthy and happy sex life is essential to our well-being. A normal libido is also a great indicator of the overall health.

Sexual desire is controlled by hormone levels. If the balance is off, things may not function as they should. Try infuse your diet with some super foods known for their libido-stimulating abilities. Fruits have a dominant position on the checklist of foods that boost libido.
Bananas and pineapple are high in bromelain, a digestive enzyme known to increase the libido and overcome erectile dysfunction. Avocados are rich in folic acid, which can enhance sexual arousal and boost the energy. They also contain vitamin B6, which plays a role in hormone regulation. They contain vitamin A, which is important for the production of sex hormones. It also helps to produce healthy sperm and promotes fertility. Asparagus, which is high in vitamin E, is also known as a libido booster. Celery and broccoli are beneficial to our overall health and well being.

Seafood rich in zinc and omega-3 fatty acids, such as raw oysters, salmon and herring are powerful libido-boosting foods. Zinc deficiency is one of the most typical causes of impotence. Zinc also helps to improve the immune system and protect the senses of smell and taste.

    well figs, avocados, and nuts do resemble testicles I guess lol. But in all seriousness, a diet rich in Omega fatty acids (Salmon and other fish, eggs, etc.) and grains (Rice, corn, lentils) is the key to a good increase in libido and stamina. My hubby had a low sex drive until I got him eating healthy foods such as the ones I mentioned. Avoid fast food at all costs and enjoy some healthy home-cooked meals as much as possible.

    Zink, ginseng, medium rare steak, peanut butter, eggs, and spicy food always work for me. That’s testosterone food! Anything that’s hot and spicy gets the juices pumping.

    I am a teenager, so my hormones are telling me sex, sex, sex to the point where I can’t fall asleep. I’m mormon so I choose not to have sex, masturbate, etc. So how can I get rid of these desires?
