Never Leave The Playground
Training Your Body Is Training Your Mind.
At age 72, Stephen Jepson is living proof of his philosophy of lifetime fitness called Never Leave the Playground.
He enjoys moving his body in a variety of games, such us riding a unicycle, juggling while balancing on a bongo board, or throwing knives and playing jacks with both hands.
Stephen believes the secret of longevity is to “just keep moving” through constant play, not exercise.
No matter how affected the body has become through neglect or disease or aging, regular movement is crucial to regain and maintain balance, stability, coordination and mental growth. He calls it “age proofing the brain and body,” and it can begin at any age or any condition of the body.
