Juice Fasting For Weight Loss And Detox

Energy Tonic For Breakfast

1 Orange
3 Carrots
1 Apple
Wash well and peel the fruits and vegetables. Stir juice, and serve immediately for the greatest nutritional benefit.

Immunity Booster For Lunch

3 Carrots
2 Celery Stalk
1 Large Handful Parsley
1 Clove Garlic

Wash and peel the carrots. Wash everything else. Combine all of the ingredients, stir and enjoy!

Healing Broth For Dinner

3 Carrots, Chopped
2 Celery Stalks
2 Cups Chopped Greens: Parsley, Cilantro
1 Zucchini, Chopped
2 Potatoes, Chopped
1 Red Onion
1 Bay leaf

Wash and cut your vegetables into big pieces. Combine all vegetables in a large pot. Fill with spring or filtered water until vegetables are fully covered. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 min, then drain the vegetables. You can add a little cayenne pepper or sea salt for a taste, but this is optional.

Cleansing Cocktail Before Bedtime

1 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1/2 Celery Stalk
1 Large Red Beet
3 Carrots

Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Stir, and serve immediately.
