“Full Cycle” Bags Made From Recycled Plastic Bottles
Timbuk2 is known for their ultra durable bike messenger bags, and they just launched a new line of environmentally-friendly Full-Cycle bags.
The environmentally certified (Bluesign) collection of recycled bags and backpacks is made from 100 % recycled materials, primarily PET woven ripstop fiber that comes from reused plastic bottles.
Shoulder straps and buckles are made with restored post-industrial and post-consumer components. The backpacks feature recycled foam padding from post-industrial scrap foam.
The Full-Cycle collection features four items – a messenger, a backpack, a tote bag, and an iPad sleeve.
The line is perfect for the grocery store, the coffee shop, bike races and for slugging your yoga mat to class, with reusable water bottle in tow.
All items come with a lifetime warranty, and when they have lived out the last of their days they can be fully recycled.
